Hey Rachael. I know you mentioned that you didn't want me to write a letter of recommendation for you, but I have to. You continue to be my top loan officer, and top 5 that Carrington deals with. There have been many managers asking me how my closing ratio is so high, and that is attributable to your diligence and hard work in getting files closed. There have been underwriters that have asked me if you were ever interested in being an underwriter here at Carrington because you know our guidelines so well.
